Mechatronics Specialist

Fromm Electric Supply is seeking a Mechatronics Specialist to join our Industrial Automation Group. In this role, you’ll support customers and our sales organization by championing Rockwell Automation mechatronics solutions, launching new technologies, and helping expand our presence in the growing automation market. • Develop and execute the Mechatronics portion of Fromm’s business plan in collaboration with Rockwell Automation and our internal leadership.
• Serve as the primary communication link between Rockwell Automation and Fromm for all Mechatronics-related initiatives.
• Drive customer satisfaction by resolving technical and commercial issues quickly and effectively.
• Launch new Mechatronics products and services across the sales team through training, demos, and targeted account engagement.
• Support promotional programs, trade shows, seminars, and customer events to grow awareness and adoption.
• Ensure inside and outside sales staff maintain essential Mechatronics knowledge to support daily customer needs.
• Provide feedback to the Rockwell Automation Area Manager on product performance, promotions, and customer needs.
• Participate in team-based selling strategies to win opportunities and expand market share.
• Identify and develop new markets for emerging Mechatronics technologies.
• Maintain opportunities, activities, and projects in Rockwell and Fromm CRM tools.

• Technical degree or relevant combination of education and hands-on experience.
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to managers and technical teams.
• Understanding of marketing fundamentals, including promotion management and market analysis.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support sales teams; strong teamwork orientation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
