Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Process Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to support manufacturing operations, process improvement initiatives, and engineering projects within a regulated production environment.
The ideal candidate will assist with process optimization, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve operational efficiency and product quality.
Key Responsibilities- Support manufacturing and process engineering activities
- Assist with process improvements and production troubleshooting
- Monitor process performance and support corrective actions
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, SOPs, and reports
- Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams
- Support validation, CAPA, and change control activities
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical, or related Engineering field
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
- Familiarity with GMP/cGMP or regulated environments is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
- Experience with engineering documentation and reporting
- Familiarity with validation or quality systems
