We are seeking a seasoned Global Electrical Discipline Lead with 20+ years of experience supporting industrial facilities and capital projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead electrical engineering standards, processes, and compliance initiatives globally.
- Support hazardous area classifications and electrical system design reviews.
- Develop and review electrical equipment specifications, certifications (CE/ATEX, UL, NRTL), and testing requirements.
- Conduct power system assessments including load studies, arc flash, relay coordination, harmonic analysis, and reliability studies.
- Support capital projects, cost estimating, commissioning, startup, and peer reviews.
- Investigate electrical incidents and equipment failures.
- Mentor engineering teams and promote electrical safety best practices.
- Audit sites for electrical compliance, documentation, and maintenance programs.
- BS in Electrical Engineering
- 20+ years of industrial electrical engineering experience
- Experience with capital projects and manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, OSHA, IEC, FM Global, UL, NETA, ANSI, and NEMA standards
- Ability to travel 25–50%, including international travel
