How You’ll Make an Impact- Lead engineering activities with internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Translate customer requirements into effective and innovative control system solutions.
- Drive design optimization initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and cost improvement.
- Conduct and facilitate technical meetings with customers, suppliers, and project teams.
- Coordinate material orders, fabrication activities, and installation plans for control cabinets.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver high‑quality project outcomes.
- Develop and monitor quality measurements with external suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, NEMA, environmental, and safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in controls, automation, or control cabinet design.
- Proficiency with CAD tools; E3 experience is a plus.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and engineering documentation.
- Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings and site visits.
