Rotating Equipment Engineer

Opportunity supporting the reliability and performance of critical rotating assets in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures using root cause analysis and condition monitoring techniques.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Support turnarounds and maintenance activities by identifying inspection, repair, and replacement needs.
• Review repair recommendations and collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain equipment performance and maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or experience.
• rotating equipment reliability experience in a refinery, petrochemical, chemical, or industrial manufacturing facility.
• Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, seals, bearings, lubrication systems, vibration analysis, and applicable API standards.
• Experience with RCFA, CMMS, and predictive maintenance technologies preferred.
