As a rental tech associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless, enjoyable experience on the slopes by providing top‑notch equipment and exceptional customer service. • Sizing and assigning helmets, boots, skis, and snowboards.
• Basic computer skills to operate rental software.
• Most work is indoors but periodic outdoor work will occur. We will train and certify all candidates.
• Assist with guest registration.
• Assist with fitting of boots and helmets.
• Sizing and adjusting of skis/bindings and snowboards/bindings.
• Assist guests through the rental process.

• High level of customer service.
• Basic computer skills.
• Team player.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move equipment for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 lbs. frequently (skis, snowboards, boots, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail when fitting and adjusting rental equipment.
• Enthusiastic about the outdoors.
• Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evening, and holidays.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
• Ability to work in a fun, fast‑paced environment.
• Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
