As a rental tech associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless, enjoyable experience on the slopes by providing top‑notch equipment and exceptional customer service. - Focus on safety for yourself and others.
- Sizing and assigning helmets, boots, skis, and snowboards.
- Basic computer skills to operate rental software.
- Most work is indoors but periodic outdoor work will occur. We will train and certify all candidates.
- Assist with guest registration.
- Assist with fitting of boots and helmets.
- Sizing and adjusting of skis/bindings and snowboards/bindings.
- Assist guests through the rental process.
- High level of customer service.
- Basic computer skills.
- Team player.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move equipment for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 lbs. frequently (skis, snowboards, boots, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail when fitting and adjusting rental equipment.
- Enthusiastic about the outdoors.
- Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evening, and holidays.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
- Ability to work in a fun, fast‑paced environment.
- Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
