We’re looking for an Investment Performance Data Specialist to join a leading organization and play a pivotal role in enhancing and developing its investment data environment. Reporting & Analytics

• Design and develop calculations and reports for portfolio monitoring, performance, and attribution.
• Provide subject matter expertise on systems, calculation methodologies, and implementation.
• Maintain and distribute weekly internal reports on performance, positioning, exposures, and attribution.
• Create and distribute customized client reports and statements on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Develop fund presentation materials, factsheets, and presentations in alignment with quarterly production timelines.
• Conduct ad-hoc analytics on performance, attribution, risk, and liquidity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and deliver on ad-hoc requests.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance data management and reporting.

Data Administration

• Oversee data flows to ensure timely receipt of investment data from various sources.
• Design and implement tools for data reconciliation and validation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Support and enhance the management of investment data across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with Investment/Risk teams to validate data and structure portfolios in systems.
• Work with technology teams to address data infrastructure issues and integrate new features.
• Improve data structure and enrichment for more efficient reporting and analysis.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in data governance, management, and reporting/analytics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry with a focus on investment data.
• Experience with investment analytical platforms (e.g., Solovis, Adepark, Factset, Bloomberg).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; skills in Think Cell, VBA, or SQL a plus.
• Strong understanding of performance measurement, risk metrics, and benchmark comparisons (GIPS familiarity is a plus).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Progress towards CFA or CIPM certification is a plus.
