This high-level leadership role involves providing strategic financial guidance, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management, with a focus on profitability and compliance in manufacturing and defense sectors.

• Lead the finance team, aligning financial goals with business objectives.
• Oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, and cost management for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on business strategies, including capital planning and risk mitigation.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of financial management experience, especially in manufacturing.
• CPA preferred; knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and Deltek Costpoint is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
