We are conducting a search for an experienced salary based Wealth Advisor (CFP®) to join a growing wealth management team within a community bank. This role is ideal for a thoughtful, client-focused professional who excels at building comprehensive financial plans and values collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.

The Wealth Advisor will design and deliver holistic wealth plans that integrate investments, retirement, tax planning, estate considerations, and risk management—aligned with each client’s goals, values, and life priorities. You will work closely with clients and internal specialists to ensure coordinated, high-quality advice.

• Develop and deliver comprehensive, goals-based financial plans
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with high-net-worth and mass affluent clients
• Coordinate financial, investment, tax, and estate strategies with internal and external partners
• Provide ongoing plan monitoring, client reviews, and proactive guidance
• Collaborate within a team-based advisory model
• Contribute to firm growth through client engagement and professional development

• Minimum 5+ years of client-facing wealth advisory experience
• Strong listening, communication, and relationship-building skills
