Controller - Construction

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year

What You’ll Own

• Monthly close (5-7 business days)
• Accurate division P&Ls (Landscape + Snow)
• Job costing integrity and WIP reporting
• 13‑week rolling cash forecasts
• Billing and AR oversight for large commercial clients
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Financial systems optimization (Aspire + QBO)

You will not be buried in bureaucracy. You will not manage a massive accounting department. You will build and lead a lean, high‑performing finance function inside a growing service business.

• Have 5-10+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Understand job costing and percent‑complete revenue recognition
• Have worked in construction, landscaping, snow, or similar project‑based industries
• Can explain financial performance to non‑financial leaders
• Are comfortable rolling up your sleeves
• Want ownership, not just a title

Experience with Aspire is a strong plus. CPA preferred but not required.
