The Hill at Whitemarsh has a rare and exciting opportunity for a strategic Chief Financial Officer to join our Executive team due to an upcoming retirement! This position oversees our Finance, IT and Facilities operations.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the organization’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory standards.
- Oversee cash flow, reserves, audits, tax filings, and key financial controls.
- Partner with department leaders to strengthen operational performance and support sound decision-making.
- Manage risk, insurance, and compliance efforts to protect the organization’s long-term financial health.
- Develop and lead a high-performing finance team grounded in collaboration, accountability, and service.
- Oversee IT operations through IT Director
- Oversee Facilities operations through VP of Facilities

Key Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
- Senior financial leadership experience with strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into clear recommendations and business strategy.
- Solid communication and presentation skills for presenting to the Board of Trustees and other groups.
- Experience leading teams, managing complex priorities, and building strong cross-functional partnerships.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and a collaborative leadership style.
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, or a similarly complex service environment is preferred.
