ScheduleMonday – Friday, 08:00am – 04:00pm. Hybrid model: both in person and remote with a minimum of 40% onsite expectation or as needed.
Balance Sheet Optimization & ExecutionMeasure and evaluate the relative value of all assets and liabilities on the balance sheet. Support the development and execution of strategies related to the investment portfolio, buy/sell loans (either in whole loan form or in participation), funding strategies, and hedging strategies.
Investment Portfolio ManagementEvaluate new investment strategies and make recommendations to senior team members. Track and report investment strategy performance. Complete the pre‑purchase reviews and ensure all documentation is accurate.
Loan Purchase & SalesAssist with facilitating all loan trading activities (either in whole loan form or in participation) related to PSECU’s Mortgage, Home Equity, Auto, and Consumer Loan portfolios. Assist with completing loan valuation analysis.
Financial Risk ManagementMonitor PSECU’s aggregate financial risk to include interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and risk to net worth, and assist with the development of hedging strategies to manage risk within the balance sheet. Support the Management Asset/Liability Committee by preparing reports and presentations related to balance sheet strategies and economic trends.
Strategic PricingAnalyze market trends, competitor pricing, and member needs and provide insights to be used in pricing strategies for loans and deposits.
Economic & Business InsightsAnalyze economic and business trends to identify opportunities and risks, and translate these trends into actionable insights to be used in strategic decision‑making to enhance the credit union’s financial performance and member value.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s:

Finance (Required) - 2‑4 years’ experience in balance sheet management, investment portfolio management, and financial risk management (Required)
- Any equivalent combination of experience and education (Required)
