Multi-Billion-Dollar Wealth Management Firm
Radnor, PA | Hybrid after onboarding (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
An established and independent RIA seeks an emerging advisor to join a team-based wealth management firm serving high-net‑worth clients. This is a non‑sales role with exposure to financial planning, investment management, portfolio implementation, and long‑term advisor development.
What You’ll Do- Support Senior and Executive Wealth Managers with client relationships
- Assist with meeting preparation, follow‑up, and planning analyses
- Contribute to portfolio implementation, asset allocation reviews, and performance monitoring
- $75,000–$125,000 base + 10% bonus
- Full benefits and 401(k) match
- Hybrid after onboarding (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
- Summer Friday hours and strong team culture
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of financial services or related experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and client-service skills
- CFP designation or active progress toward CFP preferred
- Fiduciary mindset and collaborative approach
