Responsible for managing end-to-end settlement operations, digital payment processing, transaction reconciliation, and chargeback management. Ensure timely transaction processing, accurate financial settlements, regulatory compliance, and resolution of operational exceptions while maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency.

• Process daily settlements for digital payment channels and card transactions.
• Validate settlement files and ensure accurate financial postings.
• Investigate settlement breaks and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Monitor settlement exceptions and ensure closure within defined TATs.

• Manage operational activities for UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, AEPS, Debit Card, and Credit Card transactions.
• Monitor transaction failures, reversals, and customer exceptions.
• Ensure smooth processing of digital transactions with minimal operational risk.
• Support production incidents and payment outage management.

• Perform daily reconciliation between Core Banking System (CBS), payment switches, card networks, and settlement reports.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve unreconciled transactions.
• Ensure accurate General Ledger (GL) balancing and financial reconciliation.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and maintain audit-ready documentation.

• Process domestic and international chargebacks in accordance with card network regulations.
• Handle representments, pre-arbitration, arbitration, and dispute resolution within prescribed timelines.
• Coordinate with acquiring banks, issuing banks, merchants, and card networks for dispute resolution.
• Monitor chargeback trends and recommend process improvements to reduce operational losses.

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2–6 years of experience in Banking Operations, Digital Payments, Card Operations, Settlement, Reconciliation, or Chargeback Operations.
• Knowledge of RBI regulations, NPCI guidelines, Visa/Mastercard/RuPay operating rules, and core banking systems. Preferred Qualifications
