Radnor, PA | Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
An established and growing independent wealth management firm is seeking an emerging advisor to join its team serving high-net-worth clients. This is a non-sales role with exposure to financial planning, investment management, portfolio implementation, and long-term advisor development.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to a collaborative team by supporting Senior and Executive Wealth Managers with HNW client relationships
- Assist with meeting preparation, follow-up, and planning analyses
- Contribute to portfolio implementation, asset allocation reviews, and performance monitoring
What’s Offered
- $75,000–$125,000 base + 10% bonus

What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of financial services or related experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and client-service skills
- CFP designation or active progress toward CFP preferred
- Fiduciary mindset and collaborative approach
