We are in search of Licensed Massage Therapists looking for a long‑term role in a stable and positive environment. We value each team member individually and personally.
Position Responsibilities- Provide massages and enhancements in a timely, caring therapeutic & professional manner
- Develop and recommend treatment plans unique to our clients' individual needs
- Provide clients with guidance and information about the benefits of massage as an integral part of their overall wellness program
- Maintain detailed treatment records
- Develop your own client following
- Sign‑On Bonus based on hours worked
- Pay up to $36/hr to over $53/hr not including tips (depends on services provided)
- 5 days Paid Time Off (PTO) for sick or vacation during first year
- Tuition Reimbursement up to $125/month

- Comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations
- 0-3 years of experience directly massaging clients
- Active PA massage therapy license and insurance
- Strong team player
- Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue
- Ability to do back to back massages up to your capability
- Ability to upgrade your services as needed by the client
- Excellent customer service skills and work ethic
- Able to work flexible days and hours
- Professional manner, discretion and appearance
- Friendly and customer service oriented

- Ability to communicate in English
- Work weekend shift and an evening each week helpful
