What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop, implement, and manage educational programs on therapeutic areas and treatment landscapes
  • Design and create comprehensive learning materials in collaboration with subject matter experts
  • Facilitate engaging learning sessions tailored to diverse employee needs
  • Implement learning strategies to enhance scientific communication skills across the organization
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the organization’s scientific knowledge base
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of clinical and/or scientific affairs experience
  • Master’s degree and 4 years of clinical and/or scientific affairs experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of clinical and/or scientific affairs experience
  • Associate’s degree and 10 years of clinical and/or scientific affairs experience
  • High school diploma / GED and 12 years of clinical and/or scientific affairs experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Professional degree (Pharm.

    D., MD/DO, or PhD) in a relevant medical science field with 5 or more years of biotech/pharmaceutical and/or clinical experience
  • Understanding of learning methodology and design
  • Excellent technical writing, oral, presentation, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical commercialization process and relevant legal and regulatory guidelines
  • Ability to interface cross‑functionally in a dynamic, matrixed environment
