The Role:We are looking for a Clinical Seller to join us as a Territory Representative. This is a Full-Time opportunity based in the Greater Philadelphia Area (Not City Center). This is a quota-carrying sales position responsible for owning a specific territory and driving predictable referral volume. You will be expected to own your territory, building high-leverage relationships with Case Management Agencies, Primary Care Physicians, Therapy Clinics, etc.
Your job is to install Abby Care as the default referral protocol for these providers.
New Provider Acquisition
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through provider commitment through Qualified Lead processing
- Engage physicians, administrators and clinical decision makers to drive adoption
- Navigate clinical objections, compliance considerations and operational workflows
- Convert qualified leads into signed participation
Pipeline & Execution
- Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in Salesforce
- Prioritize high-intent providers - progress & nurture them
- Forecast accurately and consistently against quota
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth activation and onboarding
Market & Account Focus
- Focus on providers, pediatrics, therapists, specialists, case management companies and other clinical practices within assigned territories
- Execute targeted outbound strategies
Conversion & Funnel Health KPIs
These tell you whether execution is actually working
- Average days from first contact to first lead
- Drop off rate by funnel stage
- Lead -> FSA conversion rate
- FSA -> SOC rate
These are guardrails, not the goal, but matter early.
- Meaningful provider conversations per week
- Qualified meetings held
- Decision-maker engagement rate
- Touches per FSA (benchmarking efficiency)
- Penetration rate within assigned territory
- Share of target accounts contacted
These are expectations, not comp drivers, but enforce standards.
- Salesforce hygiene score (fields complete, notes logged)
- On-time forecast submissions
- Attendance and preparedness for pipeline reviews
- Coaching action plan completion
These directly tie to quota and variable comp.
- Qualified Leads
- Net new activated providers
- FSAs Signed
- Monthly quota attainment (% to plan)
- Must currently reside in Greater Philadelphia Area (Not City Center)
- Valid Driver's License
- 3+ Years of Closing
Experience:
Proven track record in Home Health, Hospice, Pharma, or Med Device sales. - Clinical Fluency:
Ability to speak the language of a Case Manager (Prior Auth, Acuity, Recertification, ADLs). - Salesforce Native:
You live in the CRM. You understand that "if it isn't in Salesforce, it didn't happen." - A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- This role will require travel between provider office locations and meetings. Requires ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with occasional extended hours.
