One Well Health Care is seeking a Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide assessment and therapeutic services for individuals with IDD in home health settings across Pennsylvania. This PRN/part-time role requires CCC-SLP, state licensure, and reliable transportation.
You will evaluate, plan, implement and monitor SLP services, including AAC and dysphagia management, while collaborating with families and an interdisciplinary team. Travel to client locations is expected.
