One Well Health Care in Pennsylvania is seeking a Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on, person-centered care to individuals with IDD in home and community settings. The DSP will assist with daily living activities, monitor health and safety, support transportation, and help individuals pursue independence while following ISP/IPP plans and HIPAA guidelines.
Flexibility includes evenings and weekends; field-based work with travel between homes and community sites.
