Assistant Dean for Spiritual, Religious, and Personal Wellbeing

The Assistant Dean for Spiritual, Religious and Personal Wellbeing will work to offer programmatic opportunities for spiritual exploration, development, and practice; interfaith experiences; and holistic wellness. This position will work closely with other offices on campus, especially the IDEAS (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access, & Social Justice) Center and the Maytum Center for Student Success, to provide support and guidance to students as it relates to their spiritual, religious, and personal wellbeing.

The position will actively promote diversity, belonging, and equity through critical and compassionate communication and strategic outreach efforts to various groups (e.g., historically under-represented, first-generation, undocumented and DACA students, LGBTQ students). This position will also be responsible for the ceremonial responsibilities related to supporting student spiritual and religious wellbeing.
