One Well Health Care seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings across Pennsylvania. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, mobility, and health monitoring while promoting independence and dignity.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will implement ISP/IPP plans, follow behavior support strategies, document accurately, and participate in trainings.
