Behavior Support Specialist - Landenberg School

As a Behavior Support Specialist at Devereux PA Children's Services you will work directly with our Landenberg students with frequent behaviors in a school setting located in Landenberg, PA. Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (52 week year round position).

• Provide behavior management support to individuals in a school setting.
• Carry out specific interventions that are developed by the Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Transfer skills to individuals’ natural support in the least restrictive environment.
• Support teachers in managing student behavior.

• New pay rate: $25.00 - $28.50 (based upon experience).

• Education:
  
  Registered Behavior Technician certification or RBT eligible; required. Bachelor’s degree in a human service field preferred.
• Experience:
  
  At least 1 year of work experience with children or adolescents with behavior challenges preferred.
