One Well Health Care in Pennsylvania seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to deliver hands-on, person-centered care to individuals with IDD in home and community settings. You will help with daily living, health and safety, mobility, and community participation while supporting ISP/IPP implementation.
You will document care activities, assist with transportation to appointments, and participate in trainings as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and quality of life.
