Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center | Troy, PA
Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full‑Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in‑house rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced therapy professionals in a supportive Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care environment.
Position Details- Full‑Time
- In‑House Rehabilitation Program
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long‑Term Care (LTC)
- Collaborative interdisciplinary team
- Consistent caseload and supportive leadership
- New Graduates Encouraged to Apply
- Current Pennsylvania COTA license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high‑quality patient care
- SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required
- Net Health EMR
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents in improving functional independence and quality of life
- Accurately document treatments and patient progress
- Collaborate with therapy staff, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations
