Remote/Nationwide, USA

Full‑time Remote

40 hours per week. Must work every Saturday and Sunday 8:00AM–5:00PM EST or CST. Remaining weekdays are flexible.

$20.00 – $24.00 per hour (fixed maximum).

• Work within the HCHB workflow structure as directed.
• Compile daily schedules of clinical staff.
• With the direction of the Assistant Clinical Manager, assign POD clinicians to patients.
• Assist POD personnel in care coordination of patient/client services.
• Serve as a liaison between field staff, patients/clients, and POD personnel.
• Communicate with CFSS when order approval is holding scheduling.
• Complete all tasks/workflow daily and communicate with ACM regarding any workflow that cannot be processed before shift end.
• Process appropriately all visits that have been sent back from clinicians.
• Participate in weekend rotation as needed.

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience in home health (preferred).
• At least one year of experience in a customer service capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Minimum of two years general office experience, with at least one year of data entry or word processing functions.
• Previous home health experience preferred.
