WeCare Centers seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents regain strength and independence in a compassionate, team-based setting. As part of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will evaluate residents, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based PT services to improve mobility, balance, and functional independence.
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred but not required.
