Caregiver, Home Care, Direct Support Professional​/ Direct Care

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health needs in community-based homes. In this hands-on role, you will assist with daily living activities, medication prompts, personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and community outings. You'll implement care plans, document services, and promote safety, dignity, and independence.
