Lifeline Physical Therapy is a therapist‑owned outpatient physical therapy practice with eight locations across Pittsburgh. Our Warrendale clinic serves a diverse patient population for physical therapy including cardiopulmonary therapy.

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
• Manage scheduling, phone calls, and patient records
• Verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and collect copays
• Support daily front office operations with accuracy and consistency

• Strong customer service instincts and clear communication
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable under a busy schedule
• Experience in a medical or therapy office setting preferred
• Comfortable with computers and electronic medical records
