Description BCBA – Kidology | Philadelphia, PA (In-Field)Kidology, Inc., a leading pediatric therapy provider and INC. 5000 Fast-Growing Company , is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team.
In this in-field leadership role , you will oversee ABA programming, conduct assessments, design behavior plans, and supervise BHTs/RBTs while working closely with families across the Philadelphia area. Our approach is play-based, collaborative, and family-centered , focused on helping children thrive in real-world settings.

- Maintain documentation and compliance standards
- BCBA certification required
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- ABA experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to provide in-field services throughout Philadelphia

Salary$75,000 - $140,000 per year
