• Training and development before opening – all necessary support to begin growing your team.
• Onboarding before opening to learn all things Ivy and gain the tools and knowledge you need to succeed.
• Support with clinic location selection, building and recruiting your dream team, marketing/business development, legal, compliance, patient engagement software, IT, HR, payor contracts, accounting, revenue cycle, and more.
• Track record of opening de‑novos and sustained profitability (over 300+ clinics opened).
• Regional leadership training, guidance, and mentorship.
• In‑house business school.
• Full access to in‑house pediatric residency program.

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in the respective state.
• Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.
