We’re hiring Clinical Associates (ABA Technicians) across Delaware County, perfect for recent grads, paraprofessionals, and anyone passionate about working with students using evidence-based ABA.

• Provide ABA services in school, home & community settings
• Implement behavior plans under LBS/BCBA supervision
• Assist with assessments and data collection
• Teach communication, social, academic, and life skills
• Collaborate closely with LBSs/BCBAs and performance coaches
• Travel locally for placements (within reasonable driving distance)

• Enjoy working directly with students
• Want a long-term career in ABA or behavioral health
• Are open to learning, coaching, and growth
• Are comfortable working in schools and homes
• Value ethics, teamwork, and professionalism

Experience in ABA is a plus but not required. We provide training and help you obtain RBT certification if needed.

• Ability to engage in active work (standing, bending, lifting, movement throughout sessions)
