This position provides psychological services to individuals with developmental disabilities through evaluation, treatment, and collaboration with clinical staff. It plays a key role in supporting individualized plans and ensuring thoughtful, effective care. As a Licensed Psychologist, you will perform the following duties:
- Psychological Evaluation:
Assess individuals through medical and social case record reviews, interviews, and observations - Test Administration:
Select, administer, and interpret psychological tests to diagnose needs and guide treatment - Treatment Planning:
Collaborate with clinical staff to develop individualized treatment plans - Therapeutic Services:
Use various psychological techniques to support therapy and behavior modification to treat disorders - Team
Collaboration:
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss progress and coordinate care - Documentation Duties:
Prepare reports and maintain treatment records consistent with clinical standards

Work Schedule and Additional Information- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 1st shift (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM), Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

Special Requirements
- You must possess a valid license to practice psychology as issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Psychology.
- PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
- You must pass a background investigation.
- A conditional offer of employment will require medical examination and a drug screening.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
- Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
