• Consult with employees experiencing emotional exhaustion, trauma, burnout, grief, loss, or other personal challenges and navigate them to appropriate resources.
• Create a safe space for employees to share emotional challenges and partner to develop strategies for wellbeing improvement.
• Act as the clinical subject‑matter expert for several programs within the Center for Life and Work Well‑Being.
• Deliver presentations and educational content about wellbeing topics to a variety of audiences across the enterprise.
• Assist in response to employee critical incidents, including leading group debriefings, individual consultations, and coordinating efforts with other key teams.
• Seek clarification of information as needed and follow up on outstanding items that impact final plans and referrals.
• Work collaboratively with employee and other enterprise stakeholder teams to ensure all appropriate resource referrals are made and followed up on.
• Focus on relationships with employees of the health system, including but not limited to providers, nurses, and support staff.
• Plan and conduct travel across the system footprint as required.

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker in good standing.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• Experience in building programs that create community support for groups or individuals who are struggling.
• Knowledge of caregiver support programs or other peer‑supported interventions.
• Strong assessment, diagnosis, and behavioral therapy skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry, health‑care policy, ethics compliance, patient rights, psychotherapy, and teamwork.
