Role Summary
Support value evidence outcomes research plans and real-world evidence activities for pipeline products globally.
Responsibilities- Partner with Medical Affairs to develop, execute, and deliver the Value & Implementation (V&I) plan.
- Help achieve/sustain reimbursement and market access for the oncology program/indications.
- Assess drivers/barriers to reimbursement and market access; provide input to clinical, regulatory, payer/access, marketing, and evidence-generation strategies.
- Design studies; author protocols; develop questionnaires, case report forms, data analysis plans, reports, presentations, and publications.
- Manage study contracting, budgets, and vendor/partner oversight; ensure compliance with company policies/SOPs and global regulations (incl. Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practice as applicable).
- Develop AMCP dossiers (U.S.) and Global Value Dossiers.
- Develop supplementary clinical data packages for HTA submissions; adapt health economic evaluations and customize outcomes research documents to local needs.
- Communicate outcomes research and health-economic modeling internally and externally.
- Stay current on scientific/methodological developments; build relationships with global scientific experts; present/publish findings.
- Masters degree in relevant discipline (health services research, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, health economics, pharmacoeconomics, pharmacy administration).
- 8+ years post-degree experience.
- Experience in the designated therapeutic area.
- PhD/MD/DrPH/ScD/PharmD in relevant discipline; 6+ years post-degree experience; product/indication launch experience.
- Cross-functional leadership; epidemiology; health economics/services;
Medical Affairs; oncology; outcomes research; pharmacoeconomics and pharmacy administration/compliance; public health.
