Looking for a meaningful job where you can make a difference and stay busy? Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a PRN Treatment Support Technician at our inpatient program in The Greenbriar Center in Washington, PA.

If you like a position where you can thrive in structured environment, and want work that matters, this role delivers! You’ll be a key part of the treatment team—helping maintain a safe, respectful, recovery-focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal.

• Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities
• Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs
• Acting as a go between for clients and clinical staff
• Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation
• Assisting during crises (with training and supervision)
• Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed
• Supporting recovery focused routines with empathy and professionalism

You’ll receive frequent supervision, guidance, and training, so you’re never on your own.

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight
• Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record
• Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
• If you’re in recovery yourself, we welcome your lived experience (18+ months in recovery required).
