Full Time Outpatient Therapist

• Collaborative work with an integrated treatment team of clinicians, clinical supervisors, funders, case managers, and program administrators
• Approximately 32 billing hours per week (depending on services provided)
• Opportunity to supervise and train master’s level interns
• Continued training in evidence‑based practices such as DBT, TF‑CBT, and PCIT
• Typical hours 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Annual salary $56,637 – $64,566.18
• $2,000 sign‑on bonus

• Provide individual, family, and collateral therapy for assigned individuals, including intakes as needed.
• Implement at least one specialized evidence‑based practice (DBT, TF‑CBT, or PCIT).
• Create an initial resiliency plan within three sessions and ensure proper documentation.
• Review all psychiatric evaluations and confirm recommendations are followed.
• Assist in hospitalization when required.

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Previous experience conducting individual and/or family therapy, preferably with children and adolescents.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Adaptability to changing workloads, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and availability for a flexible schedule.
• Capability to travel to and from the work site and be at least 21 years of age.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and related software.
