Disease Area Lead within Commercial Learning & Development, serving as the scientific and clinical expert to develop and deliver disease state education for oncology and related therapeutic areas.

• create and update comprehensive curricula on disease biology, treatment landscape, and patient journey

• Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy or similar
• 3-5+ years in pharmaceutical sales, medical education, or clinical roles
• expertise in oncology disease biology, treatment protocols, and clinical data interpretation
• proficiency in adult learning, instructional design, digital platforms, and compliance standards
• strong communication and facilitation skills

advanced degree (PharmD, MS), experience as MSL or in sales training, and familiarity with oncology healthcare decision-making.
