This is a hands-on, working supervisor role that combines direct clinical care with real-time coaching, consultation, and support for Behavioral Health First Responders responding to behavioral health crises in the community. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will: [SPD-OP-090...RHD A-TEAM | Word]

• Respond directly to behavioral health crises in the community as part of the mobile crisis team.
• Provide real-time clinical consultation and field support to Behavioral Health First Responders before, during, and after crisis responses.
• Conduct clinical screenings and assessments to evaluate mental health needs, trauma, substance use, risk, and safety concerns.
• Lead and support crisis interventions using trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practices.
• Provide day-to-day clinical supervision, coaching, and guidance to front-line staff.
• Review clinical documentation and notes to support quality and billing requirements.
• Provide required clinical supervision hours for staff pursuing licensure in accordance with applicable licensing standards.
• Provide clinical training and skills development related to crisis intervention, documentation, and best practices.
• Accurately document clinical interactions in the Electronic Health Record.
• Identify trends, risks, and training needs and communicate concerns to program leadership.
• Support program operations during periods of high service demand, major community events, or emergency responses.
