Wound Care NP​/PA – Training Toward Certification, Mon–Fri

Landwell Health in South Central Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to specialize in wound care, covering Franklin, York, and Cumberland Counties. This field-based role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends and includes specialized wound care training to support certification.

You will independently manage patients in SNF, long-term care, rehabilitation and assisted living settings, collaborating with facility teams and families
