As a Room Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest who stays with us. With an eye for detail and a passion for hospitality, you’ll help keep guest rooms sparkling and guest-ready every single day.

How I can Create Guests for Life:

  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary area.
  • Thoroughly clean using cleaning agents and equipment.
  • Making beds and changing linens.
  • Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs.
  • Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
  • Cleaning and stocking bathrooms with fresh supplies.
  • Restock housekeeping carts and maintain cleanliness of closets and storage areas
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary guest room environment.
  • Follow cleanliness and quality expectations as given by Supervisor
  • Respond to guest questions/requests. Provide guest assistance, directions, and information as requested.
  • Ensure guest privacy and security
  • Report any maintenance issues and lost and found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor
  • Supporting the team with additional tasks and duties as assigned

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work weekday, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand and be active and be active for long periods of time.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attend training classes as provided and attend store meetings as scheduled.
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
  • Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
