Technical Recruiter – Engineering & Information Technology (Onsite) Location

Correy, PA

Standard business hours (8:00–5:00 or 9:00–6:00, flexibility available)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to play a critical role in the growth of our Engineering and Information Technology teams. This is a full-cycle recruiting position, responsible for managing the hiring process from intake through onboarding in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing, and is comfortable managing a high requisition load while partnering closely with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and IT roles, from job intake through offer and onboarding
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers using a consultative and sales-oriented approach
  • Recruit for highly technical roles including:
  • Mechanical, Electrical, and Firmware Engineers
  • Project Management and Product Management positions
  • Support business needs by defining and building talent programs aligned to company goals
  • Leverage data, metrics, and hiring trends to drive recruiting decisions and results
  • Handle high-volume recruiting while prioritizing multiple requisitions and initiatives
  • Share knowledge, best practices, and innovative ideas within the Talent Acquisition and HR teams
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes to deliver increased value to internal customers
  • Demonstrate strong ownership, ethics, and accountability in all aspects of your work
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a regional or national level (corporate environment preferred)
  • Previous recruiting experience supporting manufacturing organizations (required)
  • Experience recruiting technical Engineering and IT roles (highly preferred)
  • Comfort managing a high requisition load and multiple hiring initiatives simultaneously
  • Prior agency recruiting experience is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and present recruiting data
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transformative growth environment
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and skilled at prioritizing work
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Applied Sciences, or a related discipline
  • This role is 100% onsite; candidates must be able to work fully in the office
