Technical Recruiter – Engineering & Information Technology (Onsite) Location
Correy, PA
ScheduleStandard business hours (8:00–5:00 or 9:00–6:00, flexibility available)
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to play a critical role in the growth of our Engineering and Information Technology teams. This is a full-cycle recruiting position, responsible for managing the hiring process from intake through onboarding in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing, and is comfortable managing a high requisition load while partnering closely with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders.
What You’ll Do- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and IT roles, from job intake through offer and onboarding
- Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers using a consultative and sales-oriented approach
- Recruit for highly technical roles including:
- Mechanical, Electrical, and Firmware Engineers
- Project Management and Product Management positions
- Support business needs by defining and building talent programs aligned to company goals
- Leverage data, metrics, and hiring trends to drive recruiting decisions and results
- Handle high-volume recruiting while prioritizing multiple requisitions and initiatives
- Share knowledge, best practices, and innovative ideas within the Talent Acquisition and HR teams
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes to deliver increased value to internal customers
- Demonstrate strong ownership, ethics, and accountability in all aspects of your work
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a regional or national level (corporate environment preferred)
- Previous recruiting experience supporting manufacturing organizations (required)
- Experience recruiting technical Engineering and IT roles (highly preferred)
- Comfort managing a high requisition load and multiple hiring initiatives simultaneously
- Prior agency recruiting experience is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and present recruiting data
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transformative growth environment
- Highly organized, self-directed, and skilled at prioritizing work
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Applied Sciences, or a related discipline
- This role is 100% onsite; candidates must be able to work fully in the office
