What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Design and implement a scalable onboarding program to enhance productivity and culture for new hires

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Proven track record of designing and scaling onboarding and learning initiatives for distributed or global work forces
  • Advanced proficiency in project management fundamentals, including road mapping and proactive risk management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in company-wide communications
  • Ability to use data-informed approaches to assess program effectiveness

  • Experience with change management initiatives that support organizational scale
  • Familiarity with employee engagement metrics and retention strategies
