*** Over 3 years of progressive recruitment experience
* A track record of navigating various obstacles in relation to sourcing and recruiting
* The ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms.
*** Experience with Paradox is a major differentiator

* Knowledge and free thought of the labor market and current trends
