Job Description Human Resources (HR) ManagerLocation: Greater Philadelphia Area (Hybrid)
Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 + Bonus Potential Employment Type: Full-Time
212° is partnering with a confidential client in the Greater Philadelphia area seeking an experienced HR Manager to support and lead day‑to‑day human resources operations within a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.
This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a hands‑on role and enjoys balancing employee relations, coaching, compliance, and operational HR initiatives. The organization is seeking someone who can serve as both a strategic partner and approachable resource for employees and leadership alike.
Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leadership across multiple sites
- Support employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and empathy
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and leave administration
- Manage and support FMLA and benefits‑related processes
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture efforts
- Stay current on changing HR regulations and best practices
- Partner with leadership to support organizational goals and people strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, employee relations, and benefits administration
Experience handling sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, people‑centered environment
- Ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or related HR certification
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Nonprofit or mission‑driven organization experience preferred
