Location:

Valley Green, PA (with occasional international travel)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced professional to lead data-driven initiatives within our HSIO Connectors/Over Pass division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys deep statistical analysis, and prefers to work behind the scenes rather than in reactive customer-facing roles. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of a data analytics function focused on quality and ongoing reliability testing (ORT).
  • Analyze large datasets to support decision-making around AI camera systems and automation implementation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to apply Six Sigma, Black Belt, and process control methodologies.
  • Serve as a mentor and coach to junior engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven problem solving.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support customer inquiries through robust data analysis.
  • Provide strategic insights without direct responsibility for managing large teams or reactive quality support.
  • Travel internationally as needed to support global initiatives, including visits to China, Vietnam, and other sites.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Statistics or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in data analytics, statistical modeling, and process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, ORT, and automation technologies.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Comfortable working independently and leading through influence.
Why Join Us:
