Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – SAP Data Center Management Internship

Location: Newtown Square, PA

Expected

Start Date:

June 2026

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Hours: 40 hours per week

• Assist with on‑site build and decommission activities of IT equipment
• Taking over small projects
• Perform daily ticketing and walkthroughs of data center
• Process development & improvement
• Unique opportunity to get insights into SAP’s core: the data center

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: IT, applied computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering, Business studies
• Computer skills:
  • Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) – mandatory
  • Statistics tools – optional
• Language skills:
  Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Soft skills:
  
  Active Listening, proactive work style, empathy, problem solving, self‑confidence, capacity for teamwork
• Bonus:
  Basic knowledge in Data Center Hardware (Compute, Network, Storage), certificates in IT service management or project management

SAP’s Data Center Management team is a global organization run in regional segments focusing on local operations across a multitude of data centers. The America’s team focuses on daily operations to keep SAP’s cloud infrastructure performing at its best with the most efficient way possible. The Newtown Square group is the largest of the region.
