Workday Financials Analyst

Workday Financials Analyst – $120,000 + Stock Options

Hale International is excited to partner exclusively with a leading client undergoing a large-scale Workday Financials implementation. We are seeking a skilled Workday Financials Analyst to support the successful delivery, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the Workday Financials platform.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in a major transformation program, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Support the configuration and maintenance of Workday Financials modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Act as a liaison between finance stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal technical teams
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting across Workday Financials configurations and business processes
• Assist with gathering business requirements, documenting processes, and translating requirements into system solutions
• Support testing activities, including system testing, UAT, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrations, reporting, and data validation activities
• Participate in implementation workshops, configuration sessions, and go-live activities
• Monitor system performance and support continuous improvement initiatives post-implementation
• Create and maintain system documentation, configuration workbooks, and user guides
• Support stakeholders with Workday Financials best practices and process improvements

• 2 - 5 years of hands-on Workday Financials experience, including configuration and production support
• Previous experience supporting or participating in a Workday Financials implementation project is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of Workday Financials business processes and configurations
• Experience acting as a functional liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Exposure to modules such as Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Accounts Payable, Banking & Settlement, or Projects is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative project environment
