Position: Sr. Project Manager Next Gen WM

Overview

As a core team member of DICK'S Sporting Goods, you will champion the rollout and ongoing support of Next Generation Warehouse Management initiatives, while also driving supply chain strategy and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Next Gen Warehouse Management Initiative
    :
    Participate as a core team member advocating for DC operations; support the project from design to delivery; oversee implementation across the supply chain network; coordinate with IT, Tech, Operations, and Engineering; ensure integration into existing systems; align and coordinate goals, plan tasks, and allocate resources; facilitate meetings; foster cross‑functional collaboration with internal and external vendors; mitigate risks and issues; and communicate progress concisely to stakeholders.
  • Supply Chain Strategy
    :
    Drive and evaluate new technologies, processes, or methodologies to improve operational efficiencies; identify opportunities and evaluate feasibility; ensure projects align with DICK'S mission and 3.0 pillars; collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to advance product and technical roadmaps.
  • Warehouse Management Support – Legacy and Next Gen
    :
    Assist with legacy WMS releases, configuration testing, and implementation; supervise migration of next‑gen WM to DCs with IT and Tech; support System Admin, Tech, and IT teams to improve procedures, maximize efficiencies, and eliminate issues.
  • Continuous Improvement / Supervision
    :
    Build and maintain relationships with Analysts, Systems Administrators, and DC Support Technicians; develop understanding of the Manhattan Warehouse Management System and other Manhattan applications; champion continuous improvement through coaching and mentorship.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7–10 years of supply‑chain professional experience, including systems, reporting, and project management.
Pay Range

Targeted Pay Range: $95,200.00 – $, part of a competitive total rewards package that may include incentive, equity, and benefits.
