Solution Engineer - Analytics

We are seeking a Solution Engineer – Analytics for First Quality Enterprises, LLC, working remotely from the Eastern or Central Time Zone. The Enterprise Data and Analytics team provides strategic direction, technical/functional expertise, and product management for First Quality’s Data and Analytics systems and Machine Learning applications. This role will interact with all areas of First Quality to define business requirements, scope solutions, develop specifications, and support delivery of analytics solutions.

• Design and develop analytics solutions using tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense or Tableau.
• Build high‑performance SQL queries to retrieve, transform, and analyze data.
• Build and monitor analytics application processes to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists to understand analytics requirements and design scalable and flexible data models.
• Perform data profiling, analysis, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve data‑related issues.
• Follow Dev Ops practices across analytics tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience using Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Tableau.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and Python.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and semantic/reporting layer design.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas in simple terms and interact effectively with decision makers.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
